Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund. All items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.

2. Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return and refund:

  • Unused products in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags
  • Products purchased directly from Summit Trek Gear

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Gift cards and digital products

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Package items securely with return authorization
  5. Ship items back using provided return label

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • Items are inspected within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to original payment method
  • Credit card refunds appear in 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds appear in 3-5 business days

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color variations on the same product. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns but may have shorter processing times.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will provide expedited replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping cost policies:

  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
  • Free return shipping for defective or wrong items
  • Australian returns receive free return labels

9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend insured shipping for high-value returns.
